Lessons Learned
Multi-system integration in a national prestige project requires early stakeholder alignment and a single source of truth for progress tracking. Integrating BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Access Control under one PMO umbrella prevented interface conflicts and ensured zero-delay delivery against a non-extendable government deadline.
