Ashraf Ibrahim El Desoky is a PMP®-certified Projects Director and PMO Executive with more than 25 years of international leadership experience delivering telecommunications, digital infrastructure and capital investment programmes across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Sudan.

Throughout his career, Ashraf has built a reputation for combining strategic programme leadership with deep technical expertise in FTTH, FTTx, OSP, ISP, fibre optic infrastructure, low-current systems and digital transformation. His 10-year engagement supporting Saudi Telecom Company (STC) fixed network programmes through Norconsult stands as a flagship achievement — delivering planning governance, project controls, KPI dashboards and ERP systems for one of the region's largest telecommunications rollout programmes.

As Lead Consultant Project Manager at Sabbour Consulting, Ashraf directed the delivery of smart systems for the Egyptian International Olympic Games City — a nationally significant project in Egypt's New Administrative Capital — encompassing ELV, BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm and FTTH infrastructure.

Educated as a Communication and Electronics Engineer from Helwan University and holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School (Heriot-Watt University), Ashraf brings both engineering rigour and business acumen to every engagement. His PMP® certification from PMI reflects his commitment to professional standards in project management.

Fluent in Arabic and English with basic German, Ashraf is experienced in leading multicultural, multidisciplinary teams across international environments.
