His 10-year engagement with STC stands as testament to the trust he builds with clients and organisations.

Fluent in Arabic and English with basic German, Ashraf is experienced in leading culturally diverse teams across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Sudan – adapting his communication style and leadership approach to each environment.

His professional education at Edinburgh Business School (Heriot-Watt University) reinforced his business acumen and leadership foundations, complementing his engineering background and PMP® certification.
